Quality management is viewed as a dynamic process that requires constant planning and continual improvement. MEC has implemented a Quality Team, which is in charge of constantly monitoring the quality management process to ensure that our ultimate goal is being met; to meet or exceed the owner’s expectations. Our belief is that quality is not the sole responsibility of the field staff and crews; rather, it is the responsibility of every MEC employee. Therefore, we have implemented a, “from the top-down” approach to quality.
All projects that fall under our Transportation markets are certified as ISO 9001:2008. MEC projects in the Industrial markets are ISO 9001:2008 compliant.
